Work with EU/Asia Plant Teams to develop Long Range Capital Plan and Site Master Project Plans that are in alignment with the larger goals of division and corporation.
Interface with AN Division Capital Office to manage Long Range Capital Plan and Site Master Project Plans in Asia Region.
Create/update and deliver training on Capital processes to the AN EU/Asia organization .
Maintain Capital Planning project database and Capital Planning Microsoft SharePoint sites.
Regional PMO Role
Govern the FEP process in EU/Asia organization.
Create/update and deliver training on FEP processes to the AN EU/Asia organization.
Ensure accurate project submission, responsible for approval process for all AN projects in EU/Asia Region.
Lead and manage EU/Asia monthly Project Review Board
Drive Project Excellence in the EU/Asia Region through monitoring of project key performance indicators.
Manage Project change management process (scope, budget and schedule changes), and project close-out process.
Provide support to other areas of the Capital Business cross-functional teams across the organization to understand overall business goals, improve reporting, and assist with larger scale projects as needed.

Ability to translate business trends and goals into a data driven analytical approach.
Proactively identifies strategic improvements in tools and processes.
Project Management:
Deliver project independently on time, on budget, in scope and without lost-time injury.
Manage project capital and expense cash flow budgets.
Manage project cost status-raise Purchase Orders, process invoices on a timely manager
Manage monthly project status review
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
Preferably 2 - 5 years Engineering project structured work experience such as a project engineer, project team member.
In addition to the above the candidate must have acquired a broad range of engineering and management skills, specifically in the Nutritional or FMCG industry, with good understanding of manufacturing operations.
