Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage ACMV system installations on construction projects, ensuring compliance with all technical, safety, and regulatory requirements. Act as the main point of contact between clients, the main contractor, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution. Provide expert advice on the design, installation, and commissioning of ACMV systems. Oversee the preparation of technical drawings and specifications. Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Prepare regular reports on project status for senior management. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure ACMV systems are installed to specification and standards. Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently, liaising with other project stakeholders to prevent delays and ensure smooth workflow. Ensure that all work complies with local codes, regulations, and health and safety standards. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, drawings, submittals, and progress reports.

Job Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ACMV system installation and management, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of ACMV systems design, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Singapore's building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
