Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal graphic/production teams
Understand client needs and project objectives, and communicate them clearly to relevant departments
Plan and manage projects from brief to execution, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approval processes to ensure the timely launch of projects
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, status updates, and meetings
Assist in preparing project quotations and budgets
Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment tracking
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree
in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or a related field
1-3 years
of experience in an advertising, media, or marketing role (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered)
Strong understanding of marketing principles and advertising campaign workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Familiar with digital and social media platforms and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Experience with project management tools is a plus
