Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of developing business cases and budgets for digital systems that align with the organisation\'s outcome, ensuring effective planning and resource allocation.
• Strategize and coordinate the management of various initiatives, implementing best practices and highlighting interdependencies to optimize project outcomes.
• Effectively engage and manage stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds, setting clear expectations for quality, scope, and delivery, and providing regular communication on project progress.
• Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes and timely delivery.
• Secure resources and oversee procurement processes to support project execution.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to drive project success

Key requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, with an advantage if you have managed 2 full project development life cycles, including experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong leadership skills in managing vendors and key partners.
• Effective stakeholder management, balancing analytical and interpersonal aspects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate plans at both executive and working levels, actively listen, and deliver strong written and verbal presentations.
• Strategic and technical mindset to navigate complexities of people and technology.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tender bids, calls, evaluations, or presentations.
• Experience in handling application digital solutions, particularly involving Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, or Product-Centric Development.
• Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI.
• Agile-related certification, such as Certified Scrum Master.
