Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager (Architecture) to join a dynamic team that has a global presence in the hospitality interior design industry. You will be a part of the Singapore team and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities:
- Project management including project planning, scheduling, billing, invoicing, etc.collection.
- We work with international design teams to ensure projects are of the highest standard execution.
- Quality control responsibility from initial presentation to documentation to service
- Examination of construction documents, coordination, details, delivery including coordination of construction details specification.
- Review workshop drawings and submitted material samples to ensure consistency with design.
- Perform CD/CA tasks and assist in resolving code and design issues. \xe2\x80\xa2
- Conduct and document site observations to monitor construction progress.
- Execution of construction management tasks (RFIs, RFPs, change orders, etc.).

Job Requirements: :
- 10 years project management experience (5-10 years hospitality experience or preferably similar)
- Degree in interior design or architecture or equivalent professional experience
- International 5-star luxury project experience
- Technical requirements include proficiency in using design and manufacturing software (i.e.AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be able to work with individuals across the organization
- Requires a strong team-oriented approach and good organization and time qualities of a leader
- English communication and presentation skills
