Senior Project Manager, Data Centre

Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of new Data Center projects, both greenfield and brownfield.
• Develop project master program, project charter, and establish project processes.
• Identify and source suitable specialists and subject matter experts for the project delivery team.
• Prepare project budget, manage capital funding, and ensure spending stays within approved budgets.
• Familiarize oneself with Data Center risk redundancy configurations and requirements.
• Provide day-to-day construction oversight to ensure safety, schedule adherence, cost-efficiency, and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in researching new technologies for potential application in new or existing Data Centers.
• Have knowledge of critical M&E systems (e.g., UPS, Generator, Chiller, Cooling Tower) and their testing and commissioning requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health measures by project contractors.
• Familiarity with Energy & Sustainability certification requirements such as LEED and Green Mark.
• Ability to read and understand design and construction drawings in various fields (Architectural, Structural, M&E, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of experience in project management or construction management, specifically in green and/or brownfield Data Center projects.
• Proven track record in managing Data Center projects.
• LEED accreditation is advantageous.

Note: LEED accreditation is a plus for this position, and the ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management or construction management with a focus on green and/or brownfield Data Center projects.
