Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible to lead a team of M&E personnels. Acquire approval scope of works and ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements. Oversee and manage site teams, including coordination with all nominated subcontractors. Plan, schedule, and execute project activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and claims. In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings. Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance with the master program with no delay in works and proper work sequencing. Attend site meetings with the client and all sub-contractors to review project progress. Monitor and report project details including progress, risks and resolve MEP-related issues in a timely manner. Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all project personnel. Lead and supervise project personnel on site to ensure construction activities are carry out effectively and timely. Assist to the Project Director and any other job-related ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Proficient technical knowledge - measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law. Project Management certification is preferred. Understand and be competent with professional practice and contract administration processes. Required language(s): English At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) works for commercial, office, and industrial buildings/projects. Self-motivated with good team player and positive attitude.
