Employment Type: Contract (2 years)


We are seeking a highly experienced and precision-driven Senior Project Manager specializing in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) solutions and network systems, particularly within high-tech manufacturing environments. This role is critical for overseeing complex projects in semiconductor fabrication plants (FABs) and cleanroom facilities, where adherence to stringent cleanliness, precision, and system integration standards is paramount.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, cost, procurement, QA/QC, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), testing, and commissioning for ELV and network systems. Lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure strict adherence to project milestone schedules. Coordinate effectively with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Oversee construction activities within live production environments, including tool relocation or expansion projects. Ensure ELV work complies with strict contamination control protocols and cleanroom zoning requirements. Coordinate tool hook-up with process engineers and integrate ELV systems with production tools. Collaborate with MEP, HVAC, process piping, and architectural teams. Implement redundant, high-availability network designs for manufacturing control systems. Ensure systems meet uptime and redundancy standards (Tier 3/4 for related facilities). Address EMI/RFI shielding considerations in project implementation. Effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors, or stakeholders.

Technical Qualifications:

Education:

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, ICT, or a related field.

Certifications (preferred):

PMP or PRINCE2


BICSI / RCDD


CCNA/CCNP or equivalent


Cleanroom construction safety certifications (if applicable).

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically in:

Semiconductor FABs, pharmaceutical plants, data centers, or cleanroom environments.


Delivering ELV systems in Class 10 - Class 1000 cleanrooms.


Managing industrial-grade ICT infrastructure, access control, surveillance, fire detection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Proven experience with:

EMI/RFI shielding considerations.


Zoning requirements in cleanroom protocols.


Uptime and redundancy standards (Tier 3/4 for related facilities).

Specialized ELV/ICT Systems Knowledge:

Systems Expertise:

Access Control, CCTV (IP-based), Intercom, Fire Alarm (VESDA, HSSD), Public Address, Structured Cabling, Data/Voice networks, Environmental Monitoring Systems, BMS / SCADA / Central Monitoring Interfaces.

Network Infrastructure:

Fiber optics and shielded cabling in controlled environments, redundant, high-availability network design for manufacturing control systems.

Cleanroom & FAB Plant Project Experience:

Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards. Experience with tool hook-up coordination with process engineers. Ability to work effectively alongside MEP, HVAC, process piping, and architectural teams. Experience with the hook-up of ELV systems to production tools.
