Senior Project Manager, Insurance L (12 Months Contract)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of insurance projects.
- Lead teams across three key areas: Functional, Integration, and Data Migration work streams.
- Oversee and manage multiple sub-work streams within the Shield/Individual Health work stream.
- Drive delivery through daily stand-ups, ensuring pods/work streams focus on the "must-have" requirements.
- Identify and resolve blockers and business problems, exploring various options and solutions.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
- Actively monitor project scope and resources to ensure alignment with the project schedule and budget.
- University graduate in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
- Hands-on experience in managing large/complex projects in Life or Health Insurance is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to drive decisions and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Good understanding of Jira/Confluence and experience using these tools to manage Agile and Hybrid projects.
