Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler & Manufacturer/ AV EquipmentPosition Title: Senior Project ManagerWorking Location: KallangWorking Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable BonusDuration: PermanentResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage cross-functional internal teams, including, AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers.Collaborate closely with external stakeholders such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers to ensure the seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.Study and analyze schematic designs and construction drawings to create accurate AV construction drawings.Oversee project schedules, budgets, and change orders, and manage the Bill of Material (BOM).Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are managed.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.Plan, manage, and allocate necessary resources to ensure project timelines and goals are met.APPLY NOW!!Minimum Diploma in any discipline.At least 3 years of proven experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works (preferably in M&E or ELV solutions such as CCTV or structured cabling).Ability to interpret construction drawings and AV schematics drawing.Excellent communication and team management skills.With experience in interpreting BIM modelling and/ or with technical knowledge in Audio Visual Products is a plus.
