Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project life cycle for MRT/transport infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Oversee site operations, project planning, coordination, and execution in accordance with LTA specifications, safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Manage project teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, to achieve project milestones and performance targets. Monitor and control project budgets, progress, schedules, and cost variations. Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, quality assurance, and environmental requirements. Liaise with LTA, consultants, and relevant authorities to promptly resolve project and technical issues. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional development. Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in MRT infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of LTA project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
