Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle and execute projects independently
- Liaise with consultants and contractors of approved plans / drawings, progression of work, problem-solving and regulatory requirement
- Resolve any technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on-site
- Conduct site meetings, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule with service providers and clients\' representatives
- To ensure project implementation and completion within targeted time, cost and quality
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 5 years related working experience in Real Estate development
- Experience in Construction Project Management will be advantageous
- Leadership, good time management & communication skills required
- Willing to travel if necessary
