Job Description

As part of the renowned Oil & Gas EPC firm, a Senior Project Manager leads and ensures the engineering projects are carried out in compliance to corporate policies and all relevant authorities\' regulations and laws to deliver quality project works against project plan.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client and looking for new opportunity, then feedback to BDD for following up.
• Participate to new tender proposal preparation.
• Leading the project VO proposal preparation in the project.
• Take over the project after award, initial on the project handover from Proposal team.
• Advising and evaluate cost optimizing to engineering team If any.
• Co-ordinate with Clients construction team to address any Engineering issue at site.
• Provide recommendation on the constructability/Engineering optimization.
• Attending the daily coordination meeting with inter-discipline leads for smooth execution of works.
• HSE Management and Coordination with Corporate HSE Department
• Liaise with site HSE personnel to ensure corporate policies, practices and procedures are met.
• Attending HSE Meetings & walk down with client.
• Quality Management and Coordination with Corporate QA/QC Department
• Review with QC lead to set up the Quality Training and follow through the schedule. Arrange regular review on the training result to analysis and recommend new initiative idea.
• Construction Planning & Execution & QS Management
• Training and Coordination with Corporate Training Department
• Ensure monthly training scheduled are strictly follow up at project level, and record has been updated and send to Corporate.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Preferably 10-15 years of relevant working experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager on projects of up to turnover value of more than S$300 million preferred.
• Willing to travel overseas for business trips
