Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

on-site. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues. Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in construction management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

. Proven track record managing

large-scale building projects

in Singapore.
