Senior Project Manager / Project Manager (Interior Design & A&A Works)

What You'll Do

? Lead projects from concept to handover -- ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.


? Drive interior design and A&A works, making sure every detail aligns with client expectations.


? Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to bring ideas to life.


? Review and coordinate design drawings, including M&E aspects, for accuracy and practicality.


? Manage budgets, resources, and schedules while keeping everything on track.


? Champion site safety, quality checks, and progress monitoring.


? Inspire and guide your team with positivity, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude.

What We're Looking For

? Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior Design, or related fields.


? Strong track record in interior design and A&A project management.


? M&E coordination experience is a plus.


? Great communicator, highly organized, and strong in leadership.


? 5+ years' experience (Project Manager) or 8-10 years' experience (Senior PM).


? Most importantly: a positive mindset, team spirit, and passion for delivering excellence.
