Job Description

At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.

Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works. Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions. Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors, and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements. Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations. Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.

Requirements

Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred,
