to lead the development fromconcept to completion
.Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
full lifecycle of residential building projects
. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensuretimely and high-quality project delivery
. Monitorsite progress, budgets, and compliance
with safety and regulatory standards. Conduct project meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively address issues or delays. Mentor and guide project/site teams to ensurehigh performance and morale
.Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field. Proven experience managing
residential building projects in Singapore
