My client is a leading global service provider specializing in large-scale infrastructure. Their core businesses include investment, construction, and operation of transportation infrastructure, equipment manufacturing, real estate, and integrated urban development. They are now seeking candidates for the following opening :

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in project management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) certification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or accreditation as a Professional Project Manager (PPM) by the Singapore Project Management Institute (SPM). Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management Demonstrated experience in managing the safety and timely delivery of large-scale projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Experience with industrial or treatment plant projects in Singapore * Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
