Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
To assist the Project Director in the daily execution of work; Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards; Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries; To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers; To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule; Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings; To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers; Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship; Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly; Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
1. At least 8 years of working experience in the renovation contractor industry;
2. Proven experience working as a Supervisor or Project Manager;
3. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment;
4. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, problem-solving skills;
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills;
6. May need to work on Sunday and public holiday.
7. Able to work night shift and split shift
8. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
