Job Responsibilities Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Managing large and diverse teams Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field At least 5 years of project management and related experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices including Agile and Scrum Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport Strong business acumen capable of converting network into business Quality Traits We Are Looking For Ambitious, self-driven and passionate about directly contributing to the growth of the company Dynamic and highly adaptable to business's needs and priorities which are constantly shifting and evolving Possess the ability to multi-task and wear many hats if required Confident and able to display leadership qualities Strong lucid communicator with solid writing skills and a dynamic speaking ability Creative with a keen eye for details Proactive team player who enjoys working with other highly motivated individuals Professional and marketable with a favourable personality If you are looking to make an impact and play a part in shaping the AI and IT industry globally, please send your CV and expected salary to us.
