Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based design & building company (A1)
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 6 days (Alternate Saturday), (Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm) ; Saturday (Alternate 8am to 5pm)
• Salary Range: up to S$ 15,000 (dep on exp)
• Company transport provided at Jurong East MRT

Primary Responsibilities

• Leading the project team and overall project planning, schedule and ensure the project completion on track, within budget and meet customer\'s expectations.
• Liaise with internal resources, vendors and third parties such as consultants, landscaping, subcontractors, suppliers to monitor and discuss overall construction progress on the work schedules arranged.
• Execute and check the works according to the infrastructure, industrial building designs, plans, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and maintain the comprehensive project documentation
• Responsible for all the construction matters including risks, issues, budget and scope, safety, other compliance management throughout the project life cycle
• Preferably study in civil engineering registered by PEB or BCA.
• Experiences as Project Manager with exposures in building projects and strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural (finishing), industrial building or M&E works.
• Preferably working experiences with A1 or A2 building company
