What the role is:You will oversee resource planning and monitor capability development within SID to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.What you will be working on:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of large complex projects and ensure adherence to set timelines, budget, and project requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient utilisation of resources and identify capability and skills gap to be addressed \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and drive discussions with project engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and objectives to determine the best strategies to be implemented \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and advice to the engineering teams on project management matters, where relevant If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and guide your team\'s professional growth, in both general and technical areas \xe2\x80\xa2 Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep expertise in global technological trends and issues through exposure to a wide range of related projects \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth understanding of project management (PM) standards (e.g. PMP), methodologies (e.g. Agile/ Kanban) and tools (e.g. MS Projects, PFMS etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong ability to translate needs into technical requirments \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhanced communication and stakeholder management skills through working in multi-disciplinary teams \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Singapore\'s policy landscape on global technological trends and issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhanced analytical skills unique to an intelligence organisation

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interest and passion for the field of Infocomm Technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong background in project management or proven experience in PMO related roles, preferably in resource planning and capability development \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with PM standards (e.g. PMP), PM methodologies (e.g. Agile/ Kanban) and/or PM tools (e.g. MS Projects, PFMS, advance excel, charts, dashboards etc) would be a bonus \xe2\x80\xa2 Good attention to details \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective stakeholder management, conflict management and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
