:
Report and assist on project functions included but not limited to project management, site management, risk control management etc. to meet the project(s) goals, office
Leading and mentoring a project team by setting guidelines and/or procedures, providing advice and supervision when necessary;
Responsible for overall Project Management activities inclusive of overall planning and coordination of project from award of project, design, construction to completion within established budget, schedule and quality standards;
Monitor project development schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of a program, project or function, including developing short and long-range goals, objectives and budgets, coordinating activities with other Contractors;
Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met;
Liaise with Client's Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors engaged on the project and attend regular meetings so as to ensure the progress is on schedule;
Supervise and monitoring the site labor force and monitor the work of Subcontractors including resolve any unexpected construction difficulties and other problems that may arise;
Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements
Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
