Senior Property Executive (Listed Real Estate owner, Strong in ACMV maintenance/ Hard Service, Bedok Aera, commercial building)Requirements:

  • Diploma in M&E engineering, having M&E experience - stronger in ACMV,
  • Building services and estate management, and have managed tenants,
  • 5 years or more in managing commercial and industrial buildings, under developers.
  • Willing to travel as site office is in Chai Chee
  • Willing to obtian FSM cert once join
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Team player
