Senior Property Executive (commercial Fit Out, Tenancy)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents, keys and units to be handed over and taken over for all retail and office units.
- Provide orientation with tenants on design requirements upon confirmation of unit tenancy.
- Liaise with the Building and M&E team to review tenants' office design, both architectural and M&E.
- Main point of contact for the units fit-out and reinstatement works during design, fit-out period and completion.
- Organize for inspection with tenants and contractors upon completing fit-out or reinstatement work.
- Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of tenancy work experience in Commercial Fit-Out Building/Property.
- Familiar with relevant authorities' requirements and compliance and equipped with the required M&E knowledge.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
