Job Description
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for providing support towards the property management of SMRT shops and short-term lease spaces.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and immediate assistance to tenants on handover and takeover of commercial spaces.
- To have effective and efficient liaison channels with tenants during the lease term in the commercial spaces in MRT stations.
- Recommend corrective, preventive or improvement measures to enhance the operation of the commercial spaces.
- Attend to tenants\' feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Prepare and compile operational and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance by tenants to SMRT and authorities\' rules and guidelines.
- Diploma in Building/Estate/Property Management/Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Must be willing to carry out occasional night inspection works.
