We are looking for a capable and dynamic individual with a keen interest in practising criminal law to join our Prosecution team. Conduct mentions, pre-trial conferences and forfeiture hearings in the State Courts Conduct Criminal Case Management Scheme (CCMS) meetings with defence counsels Conduct criminal trials Provide advice and training to Investigation officers on prosecution matters Lead/participate in any other adhoc projects Must be a Qualified Person as stipulated in the Legal Profession Act Ability to multi-task and undertake pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Meticulous, effective team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; and Applicants must be Singapore citizens.
