We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior Public Relations Officer

to manage stakeholder communications and community engagement for a high-profile LTA project at Changi Airport. If you're a seasoned PR professional with strong crisis management, stakeholder relations, and event coordination skills -- this is your opportunity to shape public perception and build strong ties between the project and the public.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve feedback, enquiries, and complaints from stakeholders (LTA, CAG, NEA, PUB, consultants, building management, and the public).
Maintain and build positive relationships among key agencies and the public.
Plan and execute public relations campaigns and outreach activities (dialogue sessions, exhibitions, roadshows, etc.).
? Coordinate with authorities and agencies (LTA, CAG, PTO) on hoarding visual designs at project sites.
Produce, archive, and manage communication materials and records.
? Serve as secretary during stakeholder meetings and briefings -- including minute-taking and reporting. + ? Manage and man a 24-hour project hotline on a rotational basis. Support general project admin duties and coordination.

5 years of relevant experience

as a Senior Public Relations Officer on

LTA projects

Mandatory

Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline


Proven ability to engage positively with government authorities (LTA, CAG, NEA, PUB, etc.)
