Location: West
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage local purchase for the group.
- Manage the full cycle of procurement activities including sourcing, assessment and selection of vendors and management of purchase orders and contracts
- Preparation of shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, certificates or origin, etc.
- Liaison with suppliers on arrivals and related issues.
- Coordinate with forwarders for shipment arrangements.
- Handle import documents.
- Scanning of documents into in-house server/filing
- Submission of the full set of documents to the bank for DIP, D/A, and L/C terms
- Payment application
- Follow up and provide latest updates for both outgoing and incoming shipments status
- To serves as declarant for ICA-Cargo Clearance Permit.
- Prepare relevant reports for purchasing.
- Clerical and Data entry work
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist in data analysis work. Education and Work Requirements Work Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or its equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Organized in administrative duties
- Good negotiation, analysis and decision-making skills
