Our Client is the world\'s leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the end-to-end Source to Contract process for direct and indirect materials and services
• Sourcing and perform RFI/P/Q based on inputs from requestors.
• Negotiation with vendors to attain right price, right delivery, right place.
• Bid comparison and award recommendation with proper justification
• Follow through using the appointed systems (SAP/Bizagi/Jira, etc.) until approvals are attained
• Own supplier relation management, including developing an understanding of major suppliers\' business development, positioning in the market, pricing benchmark and other supplier intelligence, with the aim to position CMA as the preferred customer
• Prepare and conduct Monthly Raw Material Pricing update to Local and Global procurement
• Any other ad hoc duties when delegated

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years\' experience in direct procurement, preferably in the chemicals industry or manufacturing environment
• Familiar with planning, order fulfillment, import freight booking & clearance, warehousing and storage
• Knowledge and understanding of Chemicals industry is highly desired
• SAP Materials Management Purchasing module is a must, knowledge of Inventory planning is advantageous but not mandatory
• Good excel skills with know how knowledge in Pivot table, VLOOKUP
• Working knowledge with MS office
