Senior Qa Analyst
Job Description
Our client, an international Energy Trading Firm, is looking for a Senior QA Analyst who has strong exposure in the Commodities space.
You will have minimum 8 years of experience in testing across regression, SIT, and UAT, and ideally a good understanding of either commodities trading or trading platforms across derivatives, equities, forex, etc.
Collaborating in a close knit team where your performances will be noticed and rewarded, you will have the opportunity to choose and work as either individual contributor or team lead.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating test design and provide estimates for release planning activities
- Test preparation and execution for UAT environment
- Creating test scenarios (SIT) based on design requirements
- Supporting environment management such as raising requests or following up with team,
- Using test tool to drive test execution and aid automated test reporting
- Providing a daily EOD qualitative summary of test progress
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing
- Test experience in commodity trading is ideal
- Test experience in trading platforms across different assets is ideal
- Basic SQL querying and scripting experience
- Experience working with Power BI
- Experience working with JIRA and Zephyr
