Key Responsibilities

Drive resolution of product issues reported from the field by coordinating with engineering, production, and suppliers. Lead quality investigations and root cause analysis for defective parts or systems; propose and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Manage non-conformance tracking, documentation, and follow-up to closure. Review factory test protocols, inspection procedures, and quality plans to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Conduct on-site quality audits and follow up on continuous improvement plans. Define and refine testing methodologies and inspection standards based on component types (electronic, mechanical, plastic, or metal). Prepare and deliver technical failure analysis reports to clients. Apply quality tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys, Pareto, PDCA) to problem-solving and trend monitoring. Maintain documentation and traceability for all QA activities, including issue logs, test results, and quality KPIs.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent). 5-10 years' experience in Quality or Process Engineering within a

manufacturing or production environment

. Familiar with electronic or electro-mechanical components, plastic and metal part quality control. Proficient in technical drawing interpretation and defining inspection standards. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and basic data/statistical analysis. Strong understanding of quality methodologies and structured root cause analysis. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality system documentation. Able to prepare technical reports and communicate clearly with both local and overseas stakeholders.

Mandarin fluency required

to liaise with suppliers in China. Hands-on, responsible, and proactive in solving on-site technical issues.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,200.00 per month
