Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the QA Manager to liaise with customers related to product specifications and quality issues.
- Manage QC Technicians to carry out daily in-coming, in-process, and final QC tasks.
- Take part in troubleshooting activities if any and perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
