Senior Qa / Qc Engineer
Job Description
Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure project quality standards are achieved.
Provide training and coaching to team members on facade-related works and quality practices.
Assess construction processes and procedures, offering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish, implement, and monitor internal quality control systems.
Collaborate closely with production and site management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Prepare monthly quality analysis and reports for management on site and project activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in related field is preferable.
Preferable experience in working with Contractors, and Civil/Building in facade installation works.
