Job Purpose: Perform material inspections, environmental monitoring, batch record reviews and finished product release in accordance to established quality systems that meet ISO13485 and 21-CFR-820 requirements Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Perform inspection on product to ensure compliance with quality specifications, particularly ISO13485:2003 and 21-CFR-820.
• Perform manufacturing batch record and documentation review with excellent attention to details for completeness and accuracy prior to product release and/or closure.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate task with Manufacturing and Quality Control to ensure timely release of products.
• Perform environmental monitoring, measurement and publish test report.
• Perform physical Nonconforming Material segregation and disposition per approved instructions.
• Perform inventory transaction in JDE as part of quality inspection and product release process.
• Maintain filling system for outgoing inspection reports.
• Assist new colleagues on their On-the-Job (OJT) by acting as their buddy as well as coaching the junior Technician in their areas of work.
• Provide feedback and give suggestion to work process improvement.
• Track and trend functional metrics.
• Perform QA updates at daily Tier meeting.

Minimum requirement:

• Minimum ITE or equivalent
• Minimum 5-year QA/QC experience in clean room environment, preferably in semiconductor / pharmaceutical/ biotech industries.
• Microsoft office skills especially in Excel with good analytical skills.
• Meticulous and attention to details with good troubleshooting ability.

Preferred requirement:

• Data entry skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Transport is provided at certain locations around Singapore.
