As a Senior QA Validation Specialist you will be responsible to lead and manage Site validation validation activities, as assigned, to ensure that validations are in compliance with company procedures & regulatory requirements and cGMP expectations. The role will also provide QA compliance oversight over IT and Technical Services; as assigned. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

• Ensure site validation activities are compliant with Site procedures, regulatory requirements and cGMP expectations
• Provide QA Oversight to IT operations
• Provide QA compliance oversight to Technical Services
• Interface with Internal & External stakeholders
• EHS

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Must be a University degree holder in a Science or Engineering discipline with at least 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry or related regulatory field
• Extensive knowledge in quality assurance and compliance (e.g. associated regulations)
• Must have some technical experience in the different areas of cGMP processes (e.g. Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Sterilization validation, Material qualification)
• A good understanding of cGMP regulatory and legal requirements as applied to quality assurance and validation of pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management skills is a plus
• Preferably with Computer skills and familiarity with web-based e-learning resources
