Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of Integration Contractor fabrication records for Topsides, Bridges & Piping assembly.

• Prepare, Witness, Review and Monitor points as identified in ITPs.

• Report identified non-conformances in accordance with project procedures.

• Monitor satisfactory closeout of identified NCRs.

• Review and assist in establishing a proper quality system for certification works.

• Ensure that relevant Contract requirements are implemented in SUBCONTRACTORS audit procedures and work processes.

• Maintain status of Subcontractors’ quality management status related to certification works.

• Monitor and verify Subcontractors/Vendors quality related to certification works performance by inspection and control.

• Carry out and report quality surveillance activities.

• Review of working procedures and WPS/PQR and other related documents. Perform audits/assessments.

• Assist client in developing an industry leading QA/QC vision and strategy

• Provide weekly QA/QC program updates to client’s management team

• Assist and provide leadership in the development of robust QA/QC processes and standards to enable client’s successful project completion

• Provide training of personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process, including the interface and response to audits such as those conducted by the client or third parties (stakeholders supporting the project)

• Develop, implement and manage the subcontractor Quality audit schedule

• Manage Subcontractor’s QA/QC program to ensure it meets Owner's contract requirements and all local/federal codes

• Ensure that all personnel (Owner and Subcontractors) working on the project understands the code and specification requirements

• Recommend and implement corrective action based on policies, guidelines, and procedures

• Other duties as assigned by Company Management
  

• Degree in Engineering or other related discipline

• At least 6 years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry

• Possess Welding Inspector certificate (CWI by AWS or CSWIP 3.2 by TWI UK Ltd)

• Has attended Internal Auditor Course (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001)

• Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management systems in process and marine projects

• Excellent written and communication skill

• Possess a resilient and “can-do” attitude

• Possess initiatives and creativity to drive continual improvements

• Singaporean is preferred

• 5.5 Days Work Week
