You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.It is your hard work and commitment that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.Responsibilities:The incumbent will be a member of the Scientific & Laboratory Services (SLS) group supporting the Reference Standards Program.The incumbent will also have interactions with support functions colleagues (e.g. Digital, Finance, People Experience, EHS, other SLS groups), Vendors, Contractors and Inspectors from Regulatory/Agency)Conduct analytical testing * Conduct equipment training

• Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues pertaining to equipment and tests
• Calibrate/maintain equipment assigned
• Maintain good house-keeping and safe working environment
• Maintain/manage general lab inventory (e.g. Reference Standard, Chemical or Consumable Inventory)
• Detect and report deviation, questionable/out of specification, safety concern
• Participate in laboratory/safety investigations
• Participate/lead in equipment qualification
• Write/revise procedures, user guide
• Guide junior analyst
• Participate in assigned committees (e.g. Safety committee, etc.)
• Participate/lead in projects
• Participate in internal/external audits
• Perform peer review for solutions prepared in the laboratory

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or related fields.
