Are you passionate about driving a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility? We're looking for a Senior QHSE Advisor to play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our QHSE standards across our APAC & Middle East operations.
In this pivotal role, you'll be a trusted advisor ensuring compliance, improving systems, and empowering teams to deliver excellence safely and sustainably.
Day to day you'll be involved in:
Championing QHSE compliance and promoting a proactive safety culture across all sites
Ensuring adherence to regulatory, statutory, and company QHSE requirements
Leading and supporting internal, supplier, and ISO certification audits
Providing expert guidance, coaching, and training to colleagues and managers
Monitoring performance, analysing trends, and reporting QHSE metrics to leadership
Supporting the development of training programmes, initiatives, and safety campaigns
Overseeing incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and corrective actions
Partnering with HR and Operations to ensure compliance with onboarding, health, and competence frameworks
Manage risk assessment processes (COSHH, PUWER, DSE, manual handling, etc.)
Coordinating site emergency drills, waste management, and ESG data collection
Contributing to bid and pre-qualification documents, demonstrating our QHSE excellence
Maintaining first aid and emergency response readiness across sites
Collaborating with international teams to ensure consistent QHSE standards globally
What experience you'll bring:
A qualification in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a QHSE Adviser role, ideally within the oil and gas sector
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
A solid understanding of risk management processes and practical implementation
Experience with QHSE management systems and continuous improvement frameworks
Internal or Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
The ability to prioritise, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively across teams
