Senior QS: MNC, 5 days week in Town / EAST Area, PermanentClient: MNC in Mega building & LTA/MRT Projects
Location: Central, East Area
Salary: 5 xe2x80x93 $6.5K, Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.

• Min 5-10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil / Building projects
• 5 years of Singapore QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects
• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
• Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of RFQ's
• Source for quotation for materials and service
• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement for final account
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.
