He/she will support the Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring operating effectiveness and design effectiveness of the key controls to mitigate KYC, ML, TF and Sanctions risks. He/she will help to run the QA program and assist in its effective implementation. Additionally, the candidate should be able to assist in analyzing the Quality Assurance processes and workflow to identify automation opportunities with tangible efficiency impact. Additionally, as a key stakeholder under the AML & Sanctions risk management framework, he/she needs to be comfortable engaging peers and Management, possess an innate desire to continuously raise the bar and be persistent in spearheading innovation when implementing the QA program.The day-to-day activities:
