The job
This newly created role is designed to support succession planning within the Quality department.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in upholding and enhancing quality standards for existing products and services while ensuring compliance with quality improvement programs. You will conduct safety audits across hangars, buildings, facilities, tools, and equipment, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and directives from the Director of Quality, EHS & Safety.
Additionally, you will oversee safety training initiatives, equipping employees with role-specific training to promote workplace safety and regulatory compliance. You will also lead accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes, contributing factors, and circumstances, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
The talent

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in quality function
• Experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer is highly preferred
• Exposure to the MRO environment is a MUST
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
