Lead and/or facilitate below activities for Measurement Solutions – Systems, AP

• Performing/supervising internal audits, project audits and ensuring that quality management system non-conformances / observations are properly investigated, corrections and/or corrective actions are performed by business processes and audit findings are closed.
• Prepare business processes for quality management system certification / surveillance audits, facilitate external audit, ensure external audit finding closure.
• Developing / Updating quality management system local work instructions in alignment with global work instructions. Actively contribute to developing global work instructions for business processes.
• Implementation, documentation, and execution of the Quality Management System including QA/QC system across execution center and regional suppliers/fabricators.
• Monitor QA/QC concerns highlighted by client & ensure that product non-conformances / issues are properly investigated, and corrective actions are proposed and/or implemented until satisfactory closure
• Ensure quality management system (including project quality) related input to pursuits/proposal business process during tendering stage
• Lead management reviews & ensure closure of review actions.
• Supervise prequalification assessments of suppliers/fabricators and suppliers/fabricator QMS audits. Ensure satisfactory closure of audit findings & updating approved vendor list.
• Monitor suppliers/fabricator quality performance recording & development process.
• Monitor, compile, analyze and report quality objectives like Cost of Quality project execution satisfaction survey, post-delivery quality, etc. and present during management reviews.
• Regularly update quality competency matrix, training plans, training records, risks, opportunities etc.
• Effectively percolate global quality Initiatives in respective execution centers & contribute in continuous improvements.
• Monitor review process of supplier procedures (welding, NDE, coating, heat treatment) , inspection & test plan, test reports, manufacturing record books and client approval.
• Monitor inspections of raw material, piping bulk components (pipe, fittings, flanges, valves etc.), fabricated components like piping, structures, and pressure vessel etc. for domestic or international projects.
• Monitor inspection/QC activities at supplier’s or Emerson manufacturing plants including witness of material identification & testing, welding/fabrication, NDE, Dimension test, Hydro test, FAT etc. as per relevant international codes, standards, project specifications etc.
• Lead ISO9001 activities like quality management certification/surveillance audits, awareness programs, process improvement, etc.
• Ensure quality business process specific standards, procedures, work instructions, template are adhered to and monitor compliance in internal, project or external audit.
• Supervise organizational quality objectives, customer feedbacks are monitored and analyzed regularly.
• Report complete Quality progress to Global Quality Manager at defined frequency and support wherever requested.

• Minimum Qualification – Diploma or Bachelor’s in mechanical, production engineering or related Discipline. Other graduate with relevant core quality management experience can be considered.
• 12 to 16 years of experience in quality with major experience in quality management.
• Experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Major Fabrication, EPC/3rd party certification agency
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
• Management Representative experience will be an added advantage
• Certifications like welding inspector (CSWIP 3.1, AWS CWI), IWE/IWT, Coating NACE/BGAS, NDT level III, ASQ manager are preferred.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to safety and quality culture
• Well conversant with MS office, word and PowerPoint & data analysis etc.
• Well conversant with National and International Codes / Standards related to material, NDE, Welding, Coating etc.
• Auditor certification in ISO14001/ISO45001 is an additional advantage
