Senior Quant Trader | International Proprietary Trading firm - Singapore | $150,000 - $350,000 USD Base + Bonus

Venture Search is hiring for a global prop shop who are building a desk out in Singapore after having seen consistent, positive growth over the past 7 years. They are open to Quant traders who work at either a High or Mid frequency and across any asset class.
Visa sponsorship is a possibility for international candidates looking to make a move.

They are additionally open to all quantitative strategies across all markets providing the candidate owns the IP and it can be successfully integrated into our Clients company.

Main responsibilities

• Ability to work independently or in a siloed environment with the potential to become a head trader.
• Research and create strategies for improving the effectiveness, profitability, and reliability of current trading signals.
• Running daily trading activities in addition to building new models and novel strategies.
• Develop and research portfolio construction to optimize maximum performance.

• Minimum Capital Allocation at current position: $5 \xe2\x80\x93 10 mill USD.
• Strong PnL record ($3 \xe2\x80\x93 6 mill USD a year).
• Fully systematic.
• Coding skills required in C++ and Python.
• More than 3 year\xe2\x80\x99s of professional quant trading experience at a buy-side firm.
• Track record in delivering successful strategies.
• Sharpe Ratio 2+.
