Your Future Role:

You will be a core member of my client's proprietary crypto trading desk, tasked with architecting and evolving the mission-critical technology that drives their automated strategies. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining their competitive edge in a 24/7 market.


Key responsibilities will include:


Designing and implementing robust, high-throughput front-office systems, including portfolio management, real-time risk engines, and exchange connectivity solutions.

Collaborating directly with quantitative researchers and traders to deploy, support, and automate sophisticated, low-latency trading strategies.

Championing clean architectural design and advocating for the adoption of state-of-the-art tools and development practices.

Taking ownership of the full development lifecycle, from conceptualization through to deployment and monitoring.

Your Present Skillset:

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic engineer with a proven track record of building scalable, real-time systems. You are a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in a high-performance environment.


6-15 years of professional software development experience.

Expert-level proficiency in Python is essential; any exposure to C++ or Rust is highly advantageous.

You should be crypto native, with experience trading on CEXs and DEXs, with some smart contract experience Happy to take someone from traditional finance who has demonstrated personal interest in crypto Demonstrable experience in architecting and building low-latency, high-throughput, and scalable trading platforms * An unwavering commitment to exceptional code quality, testing, and modern development methodologies.
