Description

• Conduct detailed cost estimation and analysis for construction projects.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents and manage contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and monitor project budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and uncertainties.
• Monitor project expenditure, track variations, and provide cost control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in meetings and negotiations.
• Identify and propose cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Provide detailed reports to stakeholders to ensure effective change management.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with consultancies.
• Experienced in end-to-end project development.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, analysis, and quantity take-offs.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytic skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software.
