Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities Sourcing for the required material and suppliers Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers/subcontractors Contract administration

Job Requirements:

Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Institution Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design Knowledge in Building Contracts Meticulous and have a good eye for details Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organisation and negotiation skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word. MS Excel, etc

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month
