Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities Sourcing for the required material and suppliers Procurement of materials and negotiation with suppliers/subcontractors Contract administration
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognised Institution Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design Knowledge in Building Contracts Meticulous and have a good eye for details Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organisation and negotiation skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
