Job Description

We are partnering with a reputable Singapore-based office renovation design and build firm that delivers integrated interior design and construction solutions for commercial and industrial spaces. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for commercial and industrial office renovation projects.
• Conduct site measurements, analyze project requirements, and support cost planning throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage contracts administration, assess variations, and prepare progress claims and final accounts.
• Liaise closely with design, construction, and project teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Perform cost analysis, identify potential risks, and recommend value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards for office renovation works.

Key qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in commercial renovation or fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary project teams and handle multiple assignments efficiently
