Job Alpha AssociatesWe\'ll Hook You Up!Client: Japanese MNCLocation: Central area, NovenaWorking Hrs: 5 days With 1 Full Saturday per Month 8am \xe2\x80\x93 6pmSalary: $5000 \xe2\x80\x93 $6500 Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & CapabilityRequirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years in Civil and/or LTA projects experience will be an advantage
- Must have experience in underground MRT project
- Perform Quantity take-off
- Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors\' progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
