  • Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management
  • Minimum 7 years in Civil and/or LTA projects experience will be an advantage
  • Must have experience in underground MRT project
Responsibilities:
  • Perform Quantity take-off
  • Conduct Request for Quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
  • Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors\' progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis
  • Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned
